Mizzou defence held Iowa State scoreless as the Tigers "won ugly" at Ames, Iowa with a two touchdown 14-0 victory. With Liverpool FC taking three points against West Ham this was only the second weekend this season that both my teams have been on the winning side of the ledger.
Next weekend the Mizzou Tigers play their great rivals, the Kansas University Jayhawks at Arrowhead Stadium, home of the Kansas City Chiefs. With KU 3-8 overall this season and 1-6 in Big 12 matches, Mizzou go in big favourites against the Jayhawks and looking to finish the regular season with a 10-2 record.
LFC face a tougher test with an away fixture at White Hart Lane v Tottenham. The Spurs sit 6th in the table but tied on 22 points with 5th placed Manchester City and 4th placed Bolton.
