Anfield Reality Check: Pt 2

A weekend of contrasting football fortunes for my two favourite teams.  Liverpool FC turned in a very disappointing effort to lose 0-2 at Stoke City, slipping to eleventh in the Premiership.  It was a poor performance and Stoke were thoroughly deserving winners.  The defeat underlines the fragile nature of the Red's recent recovery exposed a few days ago at Wigan and is further evidence that Roy Hodgson has got some real work to do lifting morale in, and the quality of, his current squad.  It's a time for all true Liverpool fans to unite behind their team in the spirit of the club anthem...
When you walk through a storm
Hold your head up high
And don't be afraid of the dark.

At the end of the storm
There's a golden sky
And the sweet, silver, song of a lark.

Walk on through the wind,
Walk on through the rain,
Though your dreams be tossed and blown.

Walk on, walk on, with hope in your hearts
And you'll never walk alone
You'll never walk alone.

Walk on, walk on, with hope in your hearts
And you'll never walk alone
You'll never walk alone.
Come on you Reds! YNWA!!!
